[lbo-talk] Settler Colonialism Seals Its Own Doom

Is the idea that the US President HAS to act this way a form of defeatism?
I generally expect the US President will act this way but I don't harbor 
the idea that they must act this way.
Maybe I'm just a starry eyed optimist?
