That depends though. On the west side traffic is far worse but elsewhere things are arguably better. And there are ways around traffic if you get off the beaten path. Plus if you get to know traffic flow patterns you can avoid a lot of sluggishness. You're going to get stuck in traffic sometimes no matter what, but it's not all bad all the time.
