I don't know about that. yesterday, we were having a conversation about this at work. No one wants health insurance tied to their employer. Even if you have it, it sucks. Either everyone's experienced it or has a close friend or relative who's experienced it: the attempt by insurer's to get out of paying.

By the way, I agree with Dennis Redmond and Carrol et al. about the need for a strong social movement to make this happen. So who's heading this up -- as I'm too lazy to poke around to see if there is anything at all out there at all or is it all hinged on electoral politics?
