MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's Interior Ministry warned on Wednesday that the sweeping reform of the power sector could create a more lawless climate where tax evasion and price-fixing thrive.
The reform is in the process of dismantling the state-controlled power monopoly to make way for a free and open market for electricity, where dozens of foreign and local players will compete with one another. http://www.reuters.com/article/worldNews/idUSL204768720080220?sp=true
