Hey, when Paris Hilton was told a few years ago that there was a critical article about her in the Wall Street Journal, she said, "What's that?"

Someone I used to know taught for a while at a college in Charleston, SC. She required them to subscribe to the NYT for the semester. Many objected, saying they didn't want to read "that Communist paper." This wasn't all that long ago - long after there ceased to be such a thing as Communism.
