By now you should probably have an email program that lets you move lbo-talk messages to a different folder or something automatically. And the digests are fairly small anyway (we recently upped it from 30k to 50k, but that's usually 4-5 messages because of headers), so it's not like you're getting that many fewer messages. And the Subject: line is tagged with [lbo-talk] ...
Really, don't subscribe to the digest.
