BEIJING, Jan. 15 (Xinhua)-- China's Tsinghua University has recently 
signed a cooperative agreement with the McGovern Institute for Brain 
Research (MIBR) at the U.S.-based Massachusetts Institute of Technology 
(MIT) for a joint neuroscience research program.
