[lbo-talk] Web scam?

This may not be the best place to ask such a question but is anyone here 
familiar with something called Incentivized Free Websites?
My sister is wanting to do some kind of work-at-home computer nonsense 
with this name.
I told her I'd ask around and see if anyone I knew could tell me 
anything about this.
None of my friends or family are familiar with this so I though I'd ask 
here.
I googled it and it looks like a scam to me but before I tell her to 
stay away from it I'd like to know more.
I have a gut feeling it's a scam but I rather not make a recommendation 
based solely on my gut feeling if I can find some first-hand information.
Sorry for the very weird question.
Please answer me off-list since this doesn't seem a proper topic for 
discussion.
