Back in the mid '90's I used to frequent a bar that had video trivia games customers played on a small wireless computer. Not a touch-screen however. You competed against both others in the bar and against other bars across the country. Scores were projected on the wall via a projection TeeVee. Not high-definition obviously. I occasionally played a music trivia game on Friday or Saturday nights (I forget which). High scores in the bar meant free drinks and high score nationally meant some crap would be sent to you UPS.
