It's more a question of you saying things that make no sense. Surely you don't actually believe that a multi-industry union like SEIU should:
1. Organize exclusively within one sector;
2. Pick a sector it has never organized to any significant degree before; and
3. Make sure it's also one that puts it into direct competition with other unions.
