I hate it, when this happens. You're right of course.

Where victimhood is used to transform the elite into everyman. Which of course I agree has been the magic performed. Only some detail is missing. The mode of victimization has been a combination of racism, in the guise of `equal access' in the reverse discrimination sense, and a reliance on two iconic victims of history, the Jews and Christians as martyrs of persecution. Taken all together the appropriation of these narratives make the unbelievable, believable, i.e. the white privilaged elite are thus the universal victims....plus some inverted dialectic of the master-slave narrative.

Sorry I went off. I know these bastards are going to get away without a scratch, and it drives me crazy...
