WASHINGTON, March 6 (Reuters) - More than a quarter of U.S. soldiers on their third or fourth tours in Iraq suffer mental health problems partly because troops are not getting enough time at home between deployments, the Army said on Thursday. http://www.reuters.com/article/featuredCrisis/idUSN06247499 ***************
Yeah, if they could just be sent home under a more liberal policy of troop rotation, they could go on killing for their occupier State in good conscience (after more frequently hugging their families). I think this is a cue for a Presidential debate.
