So, two old Russian appartchik are sitting in a bar in Kiev.  One says, with a
sad sigh, "Well, comrade, it appears that everything they said about communism
was a lie."  The other, with some agitation, replies, "Worse!  Everything they
said about capitalism IS the truth!"
