Here is a screenshot I did of the chart in the WHO's
World Mental Health Survey that appeared in a 2004
issue of JAMA. 

It shows the US at the top of the list of surveyed
countries in categories like anxiety, depression, etc.
This aspect of health care IIRC got no airtime in
Moore's SiCKO:
