[At a time when we're discussing and hopefully
pressing for universal health care, the Bush 2008
budget is calling for cuts to Medicaid, including cuts
in transportation services for the handicapped & poor,
which seems really low to me.

You can do a form letter online submission thingy
below but it would prob. be better to call your rep
yourself. Or chain yourself to his or her desk. Still
doing the thing below is better than nothing. - B.]
