FORT DRUM, New York (Reuters) - Fort Drum, a bleak U.S. Army base in upstate
New York, is a test case for how the military is handling a looming mental
health crisis.

The military and its critics agree on one thing -- there are not enough
therapists to treat all the soldiers who return from Iraq and Afghanistan
traumatized by the experience.
