No, what?
No it is not a completely personal issue and not one of concern to
society at large?
Or no it should not be free upon demand as should all health care?
Regardless of the level of sex education unwanted pregnancies will occur.
The goals of sex education don't include reducing the number of
abortions does it?
Decreasing unwanted pregnancies? That would seem a worthy goal.
Decreasing abortions? That is a private matter.
