good point, and you may well be right in your observations as set forth in  
LBO for March 2008--a fascinating piece. yet I note in today's Wall Street  
Journal an article indicating that some democratic honchos see the netroots as a  
possible pressure tool for legislation. could be a ploy; i  have my  
suspicions.
