you can go with the age thing, but the problem is that, when compared to whites, it is still deeply problematic to see a spread of 22% among the youngest. IOW, it's not just age, there's something else at stake. with education, in FL, the only education that matters (unlike other social issues where a four year degree tends to socially liberalize someone's thinking), is post-graduate education: 13% of the population.

In CA, the education factor didn't matter; the contrast is stark compared to whites. A 15 point spread between whites with no degree and whites with; a 2 point spread b/t people of color with no degree and POC with degree.

In FL, similar issue. Whites, education makes difference (11 point spread); people of color, doesn't make a difference (same):
