Racist belief: there is a group of people, say, Icelanders, who are predisposed to evil behavior because of their blood. Should the foul Icelanders be allowed to breed, their evil behavior will be passed on.
Moral belief: certain kinds of behavior are bad, e.g., murder, worshipping false gods, or stepping on cracks. Murderous false-god-worshipping crack-steppers should not be allowed to raise children, or they will teach their children to be murderous false-god-worshipping crack-steppers.
