[lbo-talk] GM plan ?

It was only a few days ago that uvj posted a link to an article about  
GM building a plant in ru. I know that GM has major interests in a lot  
of global mfg capacity.

Is there any way to determine if the bailout money is being used to  
support global activity. It seems that is where their interests lie,  
rather than in the domestic sphere, with it's costly welfare  
obligations.
