I can't think of any statement of the form, "black people are, as a general rule . . ." that isn't either serious nonsense or trivial nonsense. Even the proposition that "black people are, as a eneral rule, are darker complected than whites," would be misleading. Such statements simply don't have any predictive value, so why make them?
