[lbo-talk] question about louis proyect and cuba

I know Proyect is a Trotskyist and that his is a strand of Trotskyism 
that upholds Cuba as the Model. But I don't know the theory behind it. 
Can anyone explain what the basic idea is? What's so great about Cuba to 
them? And what do they have to say about the current signs that Cuba is 
(apparently) moving toward capitalism?
