Not sure where Klein is getting his information, because China is throwing lots of money at consumption these days, as well as rapidly expanding its science, educational, and renewable energy programs -- China has already become either the second or third biggest producer of wind turbines in the world, an amazing achievement.

And the notion that IP piracy hurts developing countries is a complete crock of neoliberal $%^$.
