I've never seen anyone who winks that much. Are we sure it's not a tic?

Actually, the first thing I saw close enough to detect details was this amazing still with the left side of her face scrunched in the same sardonic mold Dick Cheney wears all the time.

More material for Tina Fey's career for sure.
