The YouTube clip omits the very beginning of the sketch where Fey comes out to greet Biden and asks Joe, "Can I call you Joe? Because I have a few zingers I wanna use later on where I'll need your first name..."  (A reference to Palin's actual "Say it ain't so, Joe!" pre-scripted remark during the Thus. debate.)
