A friend of mine recently suggested (tongue-in-cheek) that since his 
recently deceased mother's estate was forced to pay the state back for 
Medicaid expenses covering several surgeries she had that to be fair 
McCain's estate should have to reimburse the state for several aircraft 
and his medical care expenses as well when he dies.
