O.k., we will try. What I had in mind were the Comintern-Style overviews all over the world, giving the idea of a all over informed group of cadres to those with no feed on the ground in their own country: the famous Eugen Varga economic surveys combined with reports about the tactics of revolution in south-east China and the newest "general line" from the center. And the following splits in in the marginalized polish/Iceland/south african Communist Party about the tactics of revolution in Germany, France, US, India and so on.

It's quite difficult to get a idea about another country, working classl only in quite general terms means the same all under capitalism.
