hmm. interest group liberalism, pluralism (that's the name of the school of 
thought founded by Bentley), Theodore Lowi, interest group pluralism, group 
pluralism? these don't ring a bell? Charles Lindblom? Robert Dahl? Who 
called it polyarchy?
