That's just my point: how can you be "otherwise happy" and not just stick with your current vendor? He's not happy. He wants to change. It's the whole package. If it wasn't the whole package, he never would have said something. But since he did, he's got to come to some resolution about the conflict he's put himself into.
This is simple stuff, guys: it's basic logic. It's equivalent to the old joke about lousy food and small portions.
