I always wanted to believe that Kronsadt was this great hope for libertarian
socialism in Russia, even though I am an avid reader of Trotsky, but I found
a lot of the Marxist counter-accusations about the class composition of the
sailors equally convincing, so I'm not sure what to think.  Trotsky's
leadership in the anti-stalinist left and his intelligence is enough for me
to respect him--- if he died the same year as Lenin I might have different
