was going to take the famdamily on a whirlwind tour of NYC for the 
holidays. A layoff in the family and turmoil at my job has made me rethink 
that and settle, possibly, for something exciting in D.C. The kids will 
like anything, but something off beat and exciting would be nice to break 
up museums and space centers.

Thoughts?

Good places to eat? Offbeat places to see? Shows?
