Adults drinking milk in a Europeanist neotony, anyway, but is the system that get me a quart of milk in east central Illinois less rational, human, and humane than the one that gets you a quart of milk on the East side? (Actually, the Escalade is snowed in, & I'm drinking my fair-trade coffee black...)
