You're right. And one of the discursive weapons used by the right wing
against any proposition of socialist measures is to scare people away
telling "they're against your profit, your private ownership and you
making a living with your SMB!".
Another question is when does small becomes medium sized business, and
what happens when that SMB becomes too big.
