``THIS is why I supported Cynthia McKinney for President, as a Green Party candidate. She and the other extraordinary people attempting to deliver medical supplies to Gaza were attacked by Israeli boats in international waters. They were saved by Lebanon...'' Mitchel Cohen

BTW, I watched your program Steal This Radio, the other day, posted on a link, about the collapse of the US economy. Your guest Rick Wolff tied together several different aspects of class war, de-industrialization, flat or declining wages, the rise of credit, etc. It was good to hear a very succinct formulation, without a lot of the usual equivocations.

Anyway, here is an extended video report on the boat and McKinney:

>From Michael Pollak's link:

``Israel’s siege of Gaza began on 5 November, the day after an Israeli attack inside the strip, no doubt designed finally to undermine the truce between Israel and Hamas established last June. Although both sides had violated the agreement before, this incursion was on a different scale...''

I had forgotten the date. But thinking back on it, sure Nov 5, once the outcome of the US election was known, Israel better get started in making itself back to center stage, case there was a change in US foriegn policy. And nothing like testing the president elect.

McKinney in the link above directly appealled to Obama to condem Israel's siege.

It would be nice to hear from Bryan Atinsky who does a pretty good job of posting left and left-liberal Israeli views...
