Why did the NLRB last August issue a complaint against CHW for colluding with the CNA at St. Rose? What are the details of the CNA's "secret backroom deal" with CHW [yes, they have one of these too with CHW, not just with Tenet Healthcare]? Who is really colluding with whom?

Why didn't the "Philippine News" see fit to mention either of these two facts? Why is SEIU's side of the story not presented in the article? Was this the only paper the CNA could find which would publish its press release unedited under a byline?

When other unions are directing their resources to get employee free choice enacted, why does this conservative craft union choose to spend its members' dues money raiding other union's members instead of organizing the legions of unorganized?

Questions, questions, questions . . .
