From the CNA perspective it appears that the SEIU is collaborating with management, not the CNA. I might also add that the election in that particular workplace seems to have been very close - CNA obviously has some support in the bargaining unit. If SEIU is doing such a good job at representation why didn't it win the election hands down?
Labor jurisdiction disputes are ugly, I agree. Although descending to third period rhetoric does little to help sort things ou t. SR
