Yes....but: the group said to have "organized" the attacks was set up by US Intelligence Services, who would scarcely have stopped overt support without making sure of at least one secure "agent in place;" and the attack, spectacular enough to wipe out all opposition to the terroristic and fascistic plans of the Washington mafia, was permitted (through sabotage or malign neglect of all standard prescribed defensive measures) to enjoy the "spectacular" success we still suffer from.
