There is an interesting anecdote of Chomsky's appearance at the  
Sociobiology Study group, by Segerstråle in her sanctimonious and  
lopsided book, that list-members may find interesting (especially  
since it even mentions Marx!). I can't find a cut-and-pasteable  
version, but will post relevant bits (~ page 200, Defenders of Truth,  
1st ed) when I can. You can also look it up in Google books.
