The same would be equally true of the Bush/Greenspan-Bernanke economic policies. "Free Markets" having long ceased to exist in the epoch of state/ monopoly/capitalism, anyone who needs to resort to terms like "free market" or "neoliberal": in political analysis has been reduced to indulging in empty rhetoric.
