That would be Turkey, the US client that did not allow US forces to attack Iraq through its territory?
These states are not clients (Columbia maybe, but Columbia is really really weak). They are allies of convenience. IMO you are greatly exaggerating the power of the United States. The time when the US can wave its hand and other countries would jump is long gone.
