This is the opinion of Chris Whalen (although said with a slight smirk),
widely considered to be one of the country's chief banking analysts.
>From the same interview, 'The only reason he's there is to protect Goldman
Sachs'.

(Interestingly enough, Whalen's CV states that he was an adviser to
Cauhtémoc Cardenas, the former left-of-center Mexican presidential candidate
from the PRD.)
