There's a different mentality so nobody is trying to get fabulously rich compared with everybody else, i.e. from each according to ability, and the more abled aren't jealous regarding their superior talents. ("center" represents the whole as opposed to parts in a metaphor to the center of a circle is equidistant from all points on the circle. It doesn't mean control and planning of the minutely detailed, thorough and absolute totality, only the _basic_ and critical means of production. CB
