[WS:] T do not think it is about technical issues, Jordan. It is about power. Certain solutions are not acceptable to the ruling class, hence they are off the table, no matter their merits or demerits. In the same way, solutions unacceptable to the Party apparatus in Eastern Europe under communism were off the table. Discussing their technical merits was pointless.
