you will probably get better assistance at a help forum where people use the app. looks like no one here does, or not enough to understand what you're asking.
as for why things can't be done.... well, software is pretty complicated. i'd liken building a typical piece of software to building a skyscraper. Only it's worse because, while the skyscraper exists in a certain environment with a delimited range of weather conditions, and expected (possibly predictable) human traffic, etc. etc. pc and web-based software has a new environment for every user that uses it.
