google turned up so many false positives, I turn to y'all. As I've mentioned, I lived a couple of blocks from three Jewish temples and there's a large Hasidic population here. It's been raining for days and I noticed: no one uses an umbrella. These are the kind of folks who go to Temple several times a day. It's been raining pretty much all day, for days. So it's not like they got caught out without an umbrella. Anyone know the scoop?
