Gary Floyd, of the Dicks (Gay Commie Punk), Sister Double Happiness (late-80s alt-art rock), The Gary Floyd Band (blues, blues and nothing but the blues) and Black Kali Ma (bad quasi metal [if you ask me] - cool shirts tho), has a voice to shake your house to its timbers... I hope the show's great.

Building off your excellent start: Kid Rock - Post-nu-metal Frampton (w/o the guitar or vocoder) meets WTF-wanna-be-Green-Grass-and-High-Tides-era-Outlaws by way of faux populist not-so-hippity-hop.

Gimme the Detroit Cobras any day.

You know, I hadn't even though to check to see who was playing NYC, April 17th-18th...
