The error here could not be more total. The "American founding
fathers" one and all hated democracy for good ruling class reasons,
they were very explicit about that, and they made absolutely sure that
neither the word nor the concept appear in their Constitution and
Declaration. Even the Bill of Democratic Rights that they were forced
to accept (in words only) includes no mention of democracy.

CB: I don't argue against your criticism of the founding fathers in
the main. However, the concept of democracy, which is popular
sovereignty, is in the Constitution at the beginning in the words "We,
the People". In the Constitution, the People as a whole are
_theoretically_ the source of all power, which is the idea of popular
sovereignty.
Democracy, by the way, is a form of state, which should whither away
with communism, by the Marxist theory.
