Speaking of Peter Jackson, I saw his first movie, Dead Alive, the other day. Now that was pure genius. LotR would have been better with zombies instead of hobbits, I'll tell you that.

remakes"  complaint reveals its triteness if the Lord of the Rings
trilogy is included in that.
