The Daily Show recently ( a month or two ago) showed clips of when
Beck was on CNN about his coverage of the US Healthcare System - "so
bad it just might kill you" or some such.

14 months later after he got his gig at Fox, he was calling the US
Healthcare System "the greatest in the world".
